Important Notes:

You can send us your artwork via email, CD or DVD. 

Images:
All images must be at least 300 dpi to get a crisp, sharp color and shape. Linked images must be supplied as TIFF or EPS. Do not supply the following formats as links: JPEG, PICT, BMP, GIF, Scitex CT, DCS, EPS w/JPEG compression.

Fonts:
Supply all fonts used in your document

Bleeds and crop marks:
All documents must be setup with in the correct parameters. When setting up your document set it to the final print size, DO NOT set to the bleed size this may cause your design to shift. All content and text must be within .125 of the edge so information is not lost. When designing with a bleed the image MUST go at least .25 over the document edge, other wise the bleed will not cut right. Make sure that when you export your document that the program is set to place all the printers marks (crop marks).

Quarkxpress:

Collect for Output

make sure that everything (fonts and images) is in a folder.

1) Make sure that all colors are CMYK
2) File -->Collect for Output...

If there are graphics in the artwork, make sure that its resolution is at least 300dpi.

NOTE: Fonts are not automatically collected for you. You have to copy the fonts from you system and paste into the folder you are going to submit.

Create a EPS file

1) File -->Save page as EPS
2) Open resulting file in illustrator or freehand, select all text and convert text or outline/paths.
3) Check that all graphics are embedded.
4) Make sure that all colors are CMYK.
5) Save the file as EPS again.

If there are graphics in the artwork, make sure that its resolution is at least 300dpi.

Save as PDF file if you have Adobe Acrobat.

When you save, there is a preset for "High quality Print". Choose that option.

If there are graphics in the artwork, make sure that its resolution is at least 300dpi.

Illustrator:

1) Make sure all colors are CMYK. 
2) Make sure all graphics are as least 300dpi and is embedded. 
3) Do not "place" EPS files within another EPS file. The result will be a link not an embedded graphic. Instead, open the EPS file you wish to place using Illustrator and copy and paste the graphic into your working document. 
4) Convert all type to outlines. (Highlight all the words you typed and go to Type --> create outline)
5) Clip any graphics that extend beyond the bounding rectangle to the bounding rectangle. 
6) Save resulting file as an .pdf file

Photoshop:

1 ) Make sure that the graphics resolution is at least 300 dpi.
2 ) Make sure all colors are CMYK.
3 ) Make sure all graphics are embedded.
4 ) Rasterized all types
5 ) Save resulting file as an .psd or .tiff file
